The majority of our craftspeople have been with us for decades. That continuity is the reason our work stays consistent at scale.

Sourcing
Conflict-free.
Renewable.
Every natural diamond entering our facility is Kimberley Process compliant. We work only with suppliers who maintain that standard.
Lab-grown diamonds, where specified by clients, are produced exclusively with 100% renewable energy.
We do not mix certified and uncertified stones.
Climate
On the path to carbon neutral.
Our factory is transitioning toward carbon neutrality through a programme of CSR initiatives — energy efficiency, renewable sourcing, and verified offset partnerships.
We will publish the year we achieve it. Not before.
Reporting
We make our compliance documentation available to clients on request.
We don't publish what we can't substantiate.
